Javeria Khan is a passionate Community Resource Navigator at the Washington West African Center (WAWAC), where she provides individualized case management to help community members access essential services like healthcare, housing, and the Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC). She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Washington – Seattle and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), accredited by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC).

With a strong commitment to health equity and social justice, Javeria focuses on empowering women—particularly women of color—through education, advocacy, and trauma-informed care. Her work centers on addressing intergenerational trauma, improving access to reproductive and mental health services, and creating pathways for healing and resilience in the community.
